Last Spring, Cape Cod native Martha Kane returned to the Brewster Fish House as Executive Chef. Martha had worked previously as Sous to then Chef Jeremiah Reardon before taking a position at Restaurant 902 Main, working alongside Chef/Owner Gilbert Pepin for two years.
On top of her extensive restaurant experience, Martha is an accomplished photographer, and her eye for detail is apparent in her beautifully constructed menu.
